«Siete caminos para Beatriz» is the poetry collection by Ernesto Pérez-Zúñiga, published by Fundación José Manuel Lara in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
It draws on the universe of the Divine Comedy to trace a contemporary emotional journey. Its sections move through Hell, Purgatory and Paradise updated to the 21st century, with Beatriz as guide, and the whole is a voyage into symbols, the masks of the self and the phases of the amorous experience.
It belongs to the Vandalia poetry collection of Fundación José Manuel Lara and was published in 2013.
For readers of contemporary poetry interested in rewritings of the classics and in Dante's universe.
