The cover states «Nacherzählt von Urs Widmer» and «Mit Zeichnungen von Paul Flora». Diogenes edition, 2004.
Aimed at young and adult readers who prefer a narrated and illustrated version of Shakespeare's history plays over the original theatrical text.
Urs Widmer was a Swiss novelist, playwright, an essayist, and a short story writer.
