«Réquiem por una furcia» is the humorous novel by Spanish writer Álvaro de Laiglesia, published by Planeta in hardback (236 pages, in Spanish).
The narrative follows Mapi, a busy prostitute who ironically recounts the funniest episodes of her story. It closes the series starring the character and, despite the title, her rest is resolved as a humorous punchline, without macabre endings.
Originally published in 1974, the novel belongs to Planeta's Goliat Collection.
