Que ta volonté soit faite

Synopsis of Que ta volonté soit faite

Welcome to Carson Mills, a small town in the American Midwest where everyone knows each other and life seems peaceful. However, this tranquility is disturbed by the presence of Jon Petersen, a man whose darkness exceeds the worst humanity has to offer. This novel traces the evolution of this psychopath, from his childhood to the climax of his criminal career, in a unique and oppressive atmosphere. For his twentieth novel, Maxime Chattam delivers a masterful psychological thriller that explores the darkest corners of the human soul. Between breathless suspense and a social portrait of America from the 60s to the 80s, the author delivers a dark work with a surprising and unpredictable ending.
