«Proyecto YO» is the self-help essay by José Félix Pérez-Orive, published by Ediciones Pirámide in hardback (200 pages, in Spanish).
The author invites readers to ask who really directs their own life and proposes a method of self-direction to turn it into a deliberate project. Intended for those who will have plenty of free time, it suggests discovering the «unknown self» and applying it with techniques and discipline to build a more comfortable life.
First edition published in 2008. Part of the «Empresa y Gestión» collection from Ediciones Pirámide.
For readers of self-help and personal development, especially those who foresee a long life with much free time and seek to give it purpose.
