«Peripècies a la cort» is a children's and young adult play by Josep M. Morreres, published by Edicions Bromera in paperback (120 pages, in Catalan).
Set in the medieval court of Tirant lo Blanc, the play follows a philosopher who helps the king resolve the conflicts that arise before the court. His reasoning and antics lead to surprising situations and constant misunderstandings, while humour keeps the pace of the performance until the denouement.
It belongs to the Micalet Teatre collection (no. 28), with illustrations by Mabel Piérola. It was awarded the Premi de Teatre Infantil Xaro Vidal - Ciutat de Carcaixent 2006.
Recommended for young readers aged 13 and over and for those approaching youth theatre with a comedy inspired by the universe of Tirant lo Blanc.
