«Perill al bosc» is a children's story by Susana Peix Cruz, published by Grup Promotor in paperback (40 pages, in Catalan).
After a stormy night, a small spark awakens in a centuries-old oak and fears going out. A squirrel seeking shelter for winter discovers the danger: that spark could set the forest on fire. The story explores how to protect the forest without the spark going out, and conveys the values of empathy and trust.
First edition published on 12 April 2018, with illustrations by Mercè Canals.
Recommended for children aged 6 to 7; part of the GROGA collection (+6).
