«Oro verde» is the novel by Inma Roiz, published by Ttarttalo in paperback (364 pages, in Spanish).
A boy grows up in the mountains of Liébana, waiting for the chance to become an adult. Life in the village forges his character. The novel contrasts two parallel worlds in the 1940s and 1950s: rural calm and the hard logging in the Basque mountains, in postwar Spain. Roque, the protagonist, unites the rudimentary with modernity.
It belongs to the Abra collection, number 81. It is the first edition, published on 2 May 2016.
