«Obèlix i companyia» is the adventure comic by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, published by Cercle de Lectors (48 pages, in Catalan).
In this adventure from the Astérix series, the Romans swap weapons for an economic strategy: they turn the menhir trade into a business to corrupt the Gaulish village. Obelix becomes a prosperous businessman, while ambition and the pursuit of wealth threaten the unity of the indomitable Gauls.
It belongs to the Astérix the Gaul series, of which it is the twenty-third album; this edition was published in 2000.
Aimed at readers who follow the adventures of Astérix and are looking for this story in a Catalan edition.

René Goscinny was a French comic editor and writer, who created the Asterix comic book series with illustrator Albert Uderzo. Born in France to a Jewish family from Poland, he spent his childhood in Argentina where he attended French schools and later lived in the United States for a short period of time. There he met Belgian cartoonist Morris. After his return to France, they collaborated for more than 20 years on the comic series Lucky Luke.
