«O gran guerreiro» is the children's picture book by Jokin Mitxelena and Pello Añorga, published by Kalandraka in hardback (32 pages, in Galician).
«O gran guerreiro» presents a knight riding through a snowy forest under a dark sky. The narrative relies on minimalist, expressive illustrations with a palette of greys and yellows, and is aimed at a children's audience.
The work was published in 2007 within Kalandraka's children's and young adult catalogue.
Intended for children beginning to read, it is also useful as material for promoting reading in Galician.
