Franz is six years old, has golden curls, and a voice that gets very high when he's excited. In these humorous stories, Christine Nöstlinger describes the everyday adventures and experiences of young Franz, including his friendship with Gabi and his early attempts at reading, often leading to funny misunderstandings.
