«Ne change jamais !» is a manifesto by Marie Desplechin, published by L'école des loisirs in paperback (170 pages, in French).
The cover subtitle, 'Manifeste à l'usage des citoyens en herbe', presents the book as a manifesto for budding citizens. Marie Desplechin invites young people to civic reflection, to hold on to their ideals and to take part in collective life; the cover illustration, with a girl and a bird, reinforces that symbolic tone.
The category assigned to the book is Children's and Young Adult.
The work is aimed at young readers who are beginning to take an interest in citizenship and social commitment, especially in French-speaking contexts.
