«Muerte entre poetas» is the suspense novel by Ángela Vallvey, published by Booket in paperback (368 pages, in Spanish).
During a gathering of renowned poets, one of the attendees is found stabbed to death. Nacho Arán, a poet, meteorologist and amateur detective, begins to investigate and finds that almost everyone present had reasons to hate the victim. The story suggests that cultural sophistication does not protect against hatred or the desire for revenge.
It was a finalist for the Premio Planeta de Novela in 2008; this edition was published in 2009 and belongs to the Novela collection.
For readers of contemporary fiction and mystery interested in investigative plots with a literary setting.
