«Morgana la dels ulls verds» is the young adult novel by Pasqual Alapont, published by Edicions Bromera in paperback, with 160 pages in Catalan.
Morgana, a final-year primary school student, is not the famous fairy of King Arthur, but an ordinary girl who must decide her future. While her grandmother sees her as a future minister, she prefers to be a sports journalist to get free entry to basketball games. Her relationship with Berenguer progresses between love poems and the awkwardness of not knowing what to say when they meet.
«Morgana la dels ulls verds» is volume 9 of the El Club de la Ciència collection, aimed at the third cycle of primary education. The work is illustrated by Montse Español Rodié.
Recommended for children and young readers aged 11 and over, especially for those looking for school stories with humour and first loves.
