«Memorias de África» is the autobiographical novel by Isak Dinesen, pen name of Karen Blixen, published by Alfaguara in paperback (404 pages, in Spanish).
The narrative recreates Isak Dinesen's time in Kenya, where she arrived as a newlywed and ran a coffee plantation for some seventeen years. More than a biography, it is a lyrical portrait of the African landscape and its people, particularly the Kikuyu, Maasai and Somali, and a meditation on colonisation and belonging to the land.
Work originally published as Out of Africa (1937), translated by Barbara McShane and Javier Alfaya; number 57 in the Alfaguara Bolsillo collection.
It is a work for readers of memoirs, autobiography and travel writing, with an interest in the history of Kenya and the colonial experience.

Baroness Karen Christentze von Blixen-Finecke was a Danish author who wrote in Danish and English. She is also known under her pen names Isak Dinesen, used in English-speaking countries; Tania Blixen, used in German-speaking countries; Osceola, and Pierre Andrézel.
