«Medio rey» is the fantasy novel by Joe Abercrombie, published by DEBOLSILLO in paperback (384 pages, in Spanish).
Yarvi, the king's youngest son, was born with a malformed hand that earned him his father's contempt and the nickname «medio hombre»; for this reason he trained as a cleric. When his father and brother are murdered, he becomes king and, after a betrayal, must survive in a world ruled by force. Unable to wield an axe, he sharpens his wits and gathers a brotherhood of unexpected allies while seeking revenge.
First instalment of the «El mar Quebrado» trilogy. Translated by Manuel Viciano Delibano.
