Marco spends the summer in Glastonbury with his hippie grandparents, sure he will hate it. But Marco discovers that the area holds an ancient mystery: perhaps the Holy Grail is buried there, or something dark. With his new ability for dowsing, Marco joins the fight to protect Glastonbury's magic from a company that wants to exploit it.
First instalment of Thom Madley's «Marco» series, a pseudonym of writer Phil Rickman, published in 2006.
A suitable read for young people aged 12 and up, especially those seeking fantasy and mystery with a British setting.
