«Mafalda. En esta familia no hay jefes» is a humour comic by Quino, published by Lumen in paperback (168 pages, in Spanish).
Strips in which Mafalda, a rebellious, intelligent and idealistic girl, ironises about domestic life. When a salesman asks who is the head of the household, Mafalda replies that her family has no bosses, but a cooperative; the panels explore stereotypes, monotony and the absence of a single normality, with Quino's critical humour.
This Spanish-language edition belongs to the Lumen Gráfica collection and was published on 10 October 2019.
For general audiences aged 16 and over: both for discovering Mafalda and for revisiting Quino's classic strips, with their blend of humour and social criticism.
