L'hora de la veritat

Synopsis of L'hora de la veritat

«L'hora de la veritat» is Rosa Regàs's essay on old age, published by Ara Llibres in paperback (112 pages, in Catalan).

Rosa Regàs reflects on old age without fear or prejudice, with courage and enthusiasm for the present. It is a celebration of life that does not shy away from death and encourages recovering hidden vocations. She champions the real time of the present, as opposed to the immobile past and the imagined future, as the space where those vocations can flourish.

First title in the «Ara Rosa Regàs» collection; subtitle on cover: «Una mirada a la vellesa».

For those seeking an optimistic view of ageing and an invitation to live fully.
