This book is an updated edition of Law 30/1992, of November 26, which addresses the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure. It includes annotations and concordances, as well as the Statement of Motives of Law 4/1999. In addition, it incorporates references to the Judgments of the Supreme Court that establish the jurisprudential doctrine of Law 30/1992. The texts of Royal Decree 522/2006 and Royal Decree 523/2006 are added, which eliminate the contribution of photocopies of identity documents and the registration certificate in administrative procedures.
