«Le pecore non ci stanno» is the children's story by Johanne Barrette, illustrated by Barroux, published by Salani in paperback (57 pages, in Italian).
Little Gian Lupo tries to sleep by counting sheep, but one night a sheep refuses to jump and blocks the way for the others. Instead of forcing her, the boy listens to her reasons: the sheep don't want to jump, so it will be the frogs, natural jumpers, who take over. A humorous fable about rights, rules and the importance of listening.
The 'I criceti' collection from Salani includes this book, with text by Johanne Barrette and illustrations by Barroux.
For children aged 6 and up and for anyone wanting a short, fun fable about rights and rules.
