«Le Chat, tome 2» is the humour comic by Philippe Geluck, published by J'ai Lu in paperback format (128 pages, in French).
The protagonist is Le Chat, an anthropomorphic cat in a suit and tie, with an aristocratic air and the temperament of an anarchist gentleman. The panels mix strip gags, graphic humour and ironic maxims; the character observes the world with unshakeable confidence, as in the cover scene where he crosses the sky with a comment about mice.
Second volume of the «Le Chat» series; the author is Belgian cartoonist Philippe Geluck.
For fans of humour comics and French bande dessinée, and for those seeking feline satire with style.
Philippe Geluck is a Belgian comedian, humorist, television writer and cartoonist, who sold more than 14 million albums worldwide. He studied at the INSAS. His best-known work is the comic strip Le Chat, which is one of the ten bestselling Franco-Belgian comics series.
