«Las cajas mágicas» is a children's story by Cecilia Pisos, illustrated by O'Kif, published by CUSP/BRUJI in paperback (31 pages, in Spanish).
Guada and her friend Nacho must sort out some very strange boxes at the house of their aunts Lola and Meche: one wobbles as if someone were moving inside, another changes colour, and a third has balloons tied to it. When they reach an empty box, Nacho climbs in and disappears. Guada follows him and, in the darkness, a voice proposes a riddle for them to solve in order to get out.
Second volume in the Guadalupe Sinverruga collection, which also includes «Una escoba para cada cosa» and «Concurso hechizado». Suggested age: from 7 years.
For early readers aged 7 and up who enjoy stories about witches, mysterious boxes and riddles.
