Rita Racons, encouraged by her grandmother, decides to embark on a journey to the United States to work as an au-pair and learn English. Fate leads her to the Bookland's house in Atlanta, where she will take care of their three children. The Booklands are anything but the typical American family, as they are unbearably intellectual and expect Rita to live up to their demands. Despite not meeting their expectations, Rita and her constant chaos will teach them to enjoy the things that are not written in books. Regina Rodríguez Sirvent constructs a fun novel about what happens when we dare to live.
