«L'arca dei Barbapapà» is an illustrated children's book by Annette Tison and Talus Taylor, published by Piemme in hardback (16 pages, in Italian).
Barbapapa, Barbamama and their children help the animals left without green spaces: they all flee the city together to a natural place. When people, with their grey and monotonous world, promise to respect nature, the Barbapapas and the animals return.
Fourth instalment of the Barbapapa series, originally published in 1974 as L'Arche de Barbapapa. This Italian edition is the fifth and belongs to the Il Battello a Vapore collection.
Aimed at a children's audience, especially early readers who enjoy the adventures of the Barbapapas.
Annette Tison was a French architect and writer, mainly known for being co-creator of the Barbapapa series with her American husband, Talus Taylor.
