L'amore quando c'era

Synopsis of L'amore quando c'era

«L'amore quando c'era» is the novel by Chiara Gamberale published by Mondadori in paperback (91 pages, in Italian).

A school assignment about the meaning of life makes students reveal how much love occupies their minds, while the central character remains entangled with his ex on the phone, whom he hasn't seen for years. The novel contrasts adolescent intensity with the difficulty of valuing love when it exists and the idealization of what is no longer there.

This work is the first edition, published in 2012 by Mondadori within the Libellule collection, in Italian.

For readers of contemporary Italian fiction interested in stories about love, memory, and adolescence.
