The book recreates Mr. Bean's day-to-day life over a year through the entries in his diary: eccentric thoughts, absurd routines and small everyday disasters that fit with the physical, silent humour of the character from the television series played by Rowan Atkinson.
It was published in the Einaudi Stile libero collection, with a translation by Aldo Nove and edited by Angela Tranfo; the original, «Mr Bean's Diary», dates from 1992.
For fans of Mr. Bean and absurd humour who enjoy the comic situations of a silent character.
