Since December 26, 1999, the day of the storm of the century, there has been no television at Mathilde's house. The storm tore the antenna off the roof and her parents decided they lived much better without that intrusive object. However, one morning, Mathilde finds a television on the sidewalk. It belongs to the neighbor and it still works perfectly. "I threw it away because the television hurt me," the man tells her.
