«La Pimpa dibuixa en Tom» is a children's story by Francesco Tullio Altan, published by Estrella Polar in hardback (20 pages, in Catalan).
Pimpa, a little dog with red spots, draws her friend Tom, a smiling hippopotamus. The scene, with a yellow sun and green leaves in the background, shows the joy of creating and sharing. The cartoon-style illustrations, with vivid colours and expressive gestures, accompany a simple story for the youngest readers.
Text in Catalan, with Italian original. Published on 21 September 2010. Part of the «La Pimpa» collection. Recommended reading from age 3.
For boys and girls who are starting to enjoy illustrated stories with animal characters, with a short and friendly pace.
