«La muerte de Amalia Sacerdote» is the crime novel by Andrea Camilleri, published by RBA in paperback (208 pages, in Spanish).
In Palermo, Michele Caruso, news director at RAI, refuses to open the news bulletin with the indictment of Manlio Caputo, accused of killing his girlfriend Amalia Sacerdote. That refusal exposes the web of interests between politics, mafia and family that controls justice and journalism; there the truth is hidden and defying it has a price.

For readers of crime fiction and stories of corruption set in Sicily; also of interest to fans of Andrea Camilleri.
