«La llegenda del drac i la princesa» is a children's play by Vicent Berenguer Micó and Jordi Garcia Vilar, published by Edicions Bromera in paperback.
The play draws on the myth of Saint George and offers a fun twist: the princess is not a damsel waiting to be rescued, and the knight does not fit the expected hero role. Through this role swap, the text builds a theatrical story full of humour for children.
It is number 8 in the Micalet Teatre collection, with 19 illustrations by Josep Vicó Crespo. First edition published on 5 November 1997; text in Catalan.
Recommended for readers aged 9 and up, especially for those approaching theatrical reading for the first time.
