«La gallina Mina que viene de China y los canguros» is the children's story by Mercè Arànega Español, published by Editorial Luis Vives (Edelvives) in hardback (32 pages, in Spanish).

Mina, a travelling hen, arrives from China and meets a group of kangaroos. Trying to imitate their jumps, she breaks a leg and must rest. To keep herself entertained, she draws a cow and the kangaroos play at pinning the tail on it blindfolded. At the end of the story, the reader is invited to look for the objects Mina has lost during her encounter with the kangaroos.
