«La confesión de Don Juan» is a collection of stories by Czech writer Karel Čapek, published in 1992 in paperback (96 pages, in Spanish).
The title story turns Don Juan's confession into a pretext for examining identity and morality. The edition also includes a biography of Karel Čapek and other short pieces, such as «Crucifixión», «La noche de Pilatos» and «Napoleón».
The volume belongs to the Biblioteca de El Sol collection, number 264, and was published in Madrid in a 13 × 19 cm format.

Karel Čapek was a Czech writer, playwright, critic and journalist. He has become best known for his science fiction, including his novel War with the Newts (1936) and play R.U.R., which introduced the word robot. He also wrote many politically charged works dealing with the social turmoil of his time. Influenced by American pragmatic liberalism, he campaigned in favor of free expression and strongly opposed the rise of both fascism and communism in Europe.
