«La conferencia de los animales / El hombre pequeñito» is a children's book by Erich Kästner, in paperback, in Spanish.
It brings together two stories. In «La conferencia de los animales», the animals, tired of human wars, hold an assembly to achieve world peace. In «El hombre pequeñito», a five-centimetre character stars in imaginative adventures. Both narratives convey the importance of cooperation and empathy.
Published in 1993 by Círculo de Lectores, it brings together in a single volume the two narratives in Spanish.
Suitable for children and young audiences, with imaginative stories starring animals and a tiny character.
