«La casa de la mosca fosca» is the children's picture book by Eva Mejuto, published by Kalandraka in hardback (40 pages, in Spanish).
A fly living in the forest, tired of buzzing aimlessly, decides to build herself a house to rest and receive visitors. She prepares a blackberry tart and sets out seven stools and seven plates; drawn by the aroma, seven forest animals arrive from the smallest to the largest. A cumulative tale with vivid illustrations.
It belongs to Kalandraka's «libros para soñar» collection, with illustrations by Sergio Mora. Originally published in Galician as «A casa da mosca chosca».
Recommended for early readers and for working on ordinal and cardinal numbers at home or in the classroom.
