«La barca sin pescador» is the play by Alejandro Casona, published by Editorial Edaf in paperback (104 pages, in Spanish).
The play contrasts the artificial world of finance, based on calculation, with the simple life of fishermen in contact with nature; love appears as the force that saves the human being. Casona criticizes those willing to break moral norms to achieve their goals.
This edition is part of the Nueva Biblioteca Edaf collection and includes a prologue by Mauro Armiño.
For those who enjoy 20th-century Spanish classical theatre, particularly the Generation of '27.

Alejandro Rodríguez Álvarez, known as Alejandro Casona was a Spanish poet and playwright born in Besullo, Spain, a member of the Generation of '27. Casona received his bachelor's degree in Gijon and later studied at the University of Murcia. After Franco's rise in 1936, he was forced, like many Spanish intellectuals, to leave Spain. He lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina until April 1962, when he definitively returned to Spain.
