«Intimidad» is the contemporary fiction novel by Hanif Kureishi, published by Editorial Anagrama in hardback (144 pages, in Spanish).
Jay, a writer and screenwriter in his early forties, has decided to leave his partner: after six years with Susan, tomorrow he will pack his bags while she works. The novel covers his last night at home and examines heartbreak, fatherhood and routine, without shying away from pettiness or the fear of unhappiness, with a generational portrait of the couple.
It is volume 434 of the Panorama de narrativas collection, translated by Mauricio Bach from the original English Intimacy.
For readers of contemporary fiction and British narrative interested in heartbreak and maturity.
Hanif Kureishi is a British playwright, screenwriter and novelist.
