«Il vangelo di Gesù a fumetti» is the religious comic by G. Bertella, published by Marna in paperback (112 pages, in Italian).
It narrates the life and teachings of Jesus based on the four gospels, as «good news» for young people. It follows the chronology of the Synoptics and incorporates passages from John not found in them. The result is a relatable Jesus, full of love and compassion, with simple language and a serene tone.
The work, published in 2009, is a co-edition between Marna and Casa Editrice Velar; the illustrations are by Anna Barracchia.
Aimed at young readers from approximately 6 years old, interested in the gospels.
