Historias de dentro de casa

Synopsis of Historias de dentro de casa

Historias de dentro de casa is a collection of stories by the author Germano Almeida, who with masterful humor, from the finest irony to the most blatant sarcasm, unmasks the hypocrisy reigning in the public and private life of Cape Verdean society. Seen through his unique lens, it becomes the paradigm of any society. With the feeling that we could change the names and discover the protagonists of these three stories in familiar faces, the author shows us the capacity of literature to break down geographical and temporal barriers.
