«Grandma's Strawberry Surprise» is a children's book by Dugald Steer, illustrated by Stephanie Boey, published by Siena in hardback (32 pages, in English).
Peaches and Plum watch some strawberries waiting for something to happen, while a panda with glasses and a strawberry apron prepares something in the kitchen. One night, the strawberries start growing strangely and the story fills with surprises. The colour illustrations show kitchen and garden scenes.
It is part of the Jam Pandas series. It was originally published in 1996.
Aimed at children, it is suitable for shared family reading and for starting out with illustrated stories.
