«Golpes: Ficciones de la crueldad social» is the anthology edited by Eloy Fernández Porta and Vicente Muñoz Álvarez, in paperback (184 pages, in Spanish).
This anthology brings together nine authors committed to renewing realism to narrate a present marked by media spectacularization, collective anguish, and violence at work. Social cruelty appears here as the web of powers that classifies people between spectacle figures and objects of mistreatment.
The anthology was published in 2004 by DVD Ediciones and is number 34 of the Cinco Elementos series.
For readers of contemporary Spanish fiction interested in media criticism and the intersection of realism with experimentation.
