«Gol 21. Canvi radical» is the children's football novel by Luigi Garlando, published by La Galera in paperback (160 pages, in Catalan).
The Cebetes have the chance to play a championship against teams from outside Barcelona. The cook Gaston proposes a surprising change: merging the Cebetes with the Akadèmia Blava to create a superteam. As not everyone agrees, the group calls a referendum to decide. The novel asks whether the project will go ahead and whether a new team will be born.
Volume 21 of the «Gol!» series, with illustrations by Stefano Turconi and translation from Italian by Oriol Sánchez.
For readers aged 8 to 10 with an interest in football and stories about children's teams.
