«Galileo, el mensajero de las estrellas» is the biographical comic by Jordi Bayarri, published by Jordi Bayarri in hardback (48 pages, in Spanish).
The plot begins in 1609, when Galileo Galilei builds his own telescope. Observing the Moon, the planets and the Sun, he finds signs of a universe very different from the one taught in his time; his discoveries question established science. The comic presents this key episode of astronomy with a popularising aim.
Second volume of the Científicos collection, a series of biographical comics about great scientists. The album was originally published in 2013.
Aimed at young readers and for classroom use; it also serves adults who want a first approach to science through comics.
