«Fútbol es así» is the humorous football comic by Juan Carlos Ramis, published by Medialive Content in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
The comic uses football as a setting for graphic humour: the panels show players in action, shots on goal, goalkeepers in trouble and onomatopoeia like ¡MIA! or ¡POF!. The caricatured tone turns the beautiful game into a relatable parody, with humorous illustrations and situations any fan will recognise.
Published on 17 June 2008 by Medialive Content; 128 pages in paperback. ISBN 9788493637651.
Aimed at fans of football and graphic humour, both young and old, looking for a light read.
