Fourmidable

Synopsis of Fourmidable

«Fourmidable» is the children's novel by Jo Hoestlandt, published by Thierry Magnier Editions in paperback (48 pages, in French).

Ant 68 leads a routine life: every morning she marches to work between ants 67 and 69. One day she meets Bouda, a chatty aphid, and takes him to the anthill. Conversations with Bouda awaken in her questions and a longing for something beyond her existence; changing her life seems impossible, but perhaps it isn't.

Published in 2016, it is part of the Petite Poche collection; illustrated edition and recommended reading from age 7.

For early readers looking for a short story about the value of asking questions and the possibility of changing one's life.
