«F for Effort: More of the Very Best Totally Wrong Test Answers» is the humour book by Richard Benson (Chronicle Books, paperback, 128 pages, in English).
It collects around 250 wrong and absurd student answers from exams and homework, from primary school to high school. It includes examples such as interpreting «germinate» as becoming a German citizen or linking fossil fuels to classic rock, always with involuntary wit as the protagonist.
Richard Benson is also the author of the bestseller «F in Exams». The book is organised by subject: biology, chemistry, English, history and geography, maths, physics and extra credit.
For teachers, students and fans of absurd humour; the edition is promoted as a gift for teachers and readers who enjoy school mistakes.
Richard Philip Henry John Benson was an English-Italian guitarist, singer-songwriter, and television personality.
