In 'Expediente 64', Carl Mørck faces a case that resurfaces from the eighties, involving disappearances and a woman trying to hide her past. The investigation leads Mørck to delve into the history of a far-right political leader with a racist ideology, while he himself deals with his own secrets and those of his collaborators Assad and Rose. This dramatically solid and intelligent crime novel turns a shameful true story into a suspenseful thriller.
