«Eres una bestia, Viskovitz» is an anthology of short stories by Alessandro Boffa, published by Círculo de Lectores in 1999, in hardback (157 pages, in Spanish).
Viskovitz appears reincarnated in different animals, from a lion to an ant or a praying mantis, and in each form pursues his beloved Ljuba with irony and humor. The collection of fables portrays human passions such as desire, selfishness and religion through the metamorphoses of the same contradictory character.
The book is Alessandro Boffa's first work, originally published in 1998 as «Sei una bestia, Viskovitz» and translated into Spanish in 1999.
For readers of contemporary fiction looking for short stories with acerbic humor and ironic style: animals as a mirror of the human, without conventional moral.
