«Els homenatges a la vellesa a Serinyà» is the 119-page historical essay by M. Rosa Cortada, in Catalan.
The book looks back over a hundred years of tributes to older people in Serinyà and examines the cultural and social dimension of this tradition, which has served to recognise older people and strengthen community ties. It thus offers a local perspective on the evolution of social customs in the municipality.
Published in 2016, it bears the subtitle «cent anys d'història», which summarises the period covered by the study.
A work for readers interested in the local history of Catalonia and in cultural traditions.
