«Els cucs de seda» is a short story collection by Joan F. Mira, published by Edicions 3 i 4 in paperback (144 pages, in Catalan).
Ten stories that, from a child's perspective, recover the postwar atmosphere: a time and a country evoked through everyday fragments, with tenderness and mischief. The footprints in the mud, the spiderweb, and the silkworm cocoons turn childhood into a territory of memory.
A work for readers interested in the memory of the postwar period and in contemporary Catalan narrative.
